The traditional permanent motor is difficult to balance high speed and high power output.Memory machine,which employs permanent motor with intrinsically low coercivity and high remanence was extensively investigated recently.Axial flux memory machine(AFMM)is a new type of controllable permanent magnet memory motor.The motor combines the advantages of a memory motor with an axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor.At the same time,they overcome their deficiency.It has broad prospects for use in all areas of life.This paper mainly studies the magnetic flux control of axial magnetic field memory motor.Through the study of the structure and operating principle of the motor.Propose a better method for controlling the motor.The main fruits of this thesis are as follows:1.Briefly describe the development of memory motors,and the recent develop of memory machine is reviewed including machine topology and control schemes.2.The basic structure and operating principle of AFMM.Through the finite element simulation,the air gap magnetic density and permanent magnet flux change of the motor under the state of charge and demagnetization are obtained.The hysteresis characteristics of the motor AlNiCo permanent magnets are verified.The motor inductance measured.3.Constructed a mathematical model of the motor.Combined with the magnetic modulating characteristics of the memory motor and the vector control principle of the PMSM.There by exhibiting advantageous feasibility for wide speed and increase the motor output torque.4.According to the mathematical model of the motor,the simulation model of the AFMM is built,and the motor torque simulation experiments are carried out.5.The control system for an axial flux memory machine prototype is constructed on the basis of DSP.Designed the hardware platform and performance of the AFMM were verified.
