Under the guidance of stock planning,urban construction gradually moves from scale growth to quality development,and focus on the repairing and renewal of existing space to achieve the introverted and connotative development.As the forefront of urban renewal,the more repair action of urban village was reconstruction or comprehensive renovation those macro-levels,the sustained attention to the vital livelihood activity space is especially lacking.Urban village micro-commercial space was usually attached to urban villages,old residential areas those corners which are also the production and living space of urban low-income people.Research on urban village has important value and social significance under the new normal development model.This thesis is such a study on the process of transformation and upgrading about urban villages.The development of urban villages is not overnight,which needs a corresponding development foundation to occupy a better position in the future renewal.This thesis focuses on development of micro-commercial space could help and assistance the city to achieve effective and relatively fair renewal,with the research of protect and develop micro-commercial space to realize the urban renewal more intuitively,significantly and humanly.And taking urban villages as the material carrier of micro-commercial space and market rules as the premise,with the existing research and case study to discusses the development situation of urban village micro-commercial space on different renewal modes,expounds the reasons,processes and characteristics of its growth and interruption.Also from the industrial characteristics classification,format combination layout,spatial development model and market competition-reconciliation those four aspects to summarize the influence mechanism of urban village micro-commercial space to promote the development of urban village in order to provide support for its renewal strategies.On the basis of theoretical and case study,this thesis taking Fubao village of Kunming micro commercial space as the specific object,with the basic situation of Fubao village to sorted out the distribution of the micro-commercial space and relationship of streets-lanes,homogeneous competition and external interference,industrial positioning and development direction.Also from the perspectives of top-down macro-control and bottom-up renewal-repairing for the update design of the micro-commercial space of Fubao village.And puts forward the strategies and specific renewal methods of urban villages micro-commercial space of inclusive management,integration of urban and rural areas,bottom-up renewal,multi-agent participation those four aspects.At this research also concluded that while focus on spatial renewal,creation and inheritance of characteristic culture,the development of village industry and the layout of format were also necessary to realize the self-organization renewal of urban villages and the harmonious coexistence and co-existence within city.
