Research On The Promotion Strategy Of Passiive Space In Suburban Villages From The Perspective Of Micro Renewal ——Take Xiaozuang Village And Renli Village In Jinan As Example

Suburban villages are community communities with urban characteristics and rural characteristics in the marginal areas of the city,which are influenced by urban economic radiation and social ideology,and have unique production and living values.There are generally problems in suburban villages such as insufficient supply of high-quality and dynamic public spaces and a huge amount of negative space: some site spaces that deviate from the original use needs,lack of effective management and inactivation have gradually improved,but there are also idle spaces that have not been effectively used after the transformation without scientific guidance,and these negative spaces have become the problems and crux of the problems affecting the construction of beautiful villages.Taking the two suburban villages selected as provincial and municipal beautiful rural demonstration sites in Xiaozhuang Village and Renli Village of Jinan City as the research objects,the paper optimizes the design principles proposed in the construction of beautiful villages,and after the completion of the project,on the basis of full investigation and analysis of the actual situation of the use of the original negative space after the transformation,the transformation effectiveness is tested and feedbacked by means of the post-use evaluation theory method,and the specific design strategies adapted to the inactivated and idle space in the suburban village are summarized.First,sort out and learn the relevant policy background,micro-update theory,and find policy and theoretical basis for the integration and utilization of negative space;Summarize and select a variety of post-use evaluation methods,selection of relevant indicators of the evaluation system and related theoretical practices,etc.,and select the classification elements and methods of the evaluation of the effectiveness of use after the transformation in Chapter 4.Secondly,the negative spaces of Xiaozhuang Village and Renli Village were sorted out,a total of 11 negative spaces were extracted,and according to the use status and typical characteristics of the site,the negative space types were sorted into four types of typical sample spaces: they were classified into four types: missing functional space,fragmented idle space,abandoned and misplaced space,and missing space of the place.Through on-site investigation and investigation,the negative problem of inactivation of the site was found,and the goal principle of passive space upgrading and transformation in the suburban village was initially proposed in combination with the concept of micro-renewal: starting from the overall layout of systematic control,small-scale and gradual transformation,activating and retaining characteristics,and creating a variety of spaces and functional forms.Finally,the post-use evaluation of the 6 spaces that have been landed and are being used after the micro-updating design is evaluated,and the behavior observation method,the behavior trace method,the on-site interview method and the questionnaire survey method are used for post-use investigation,and the landscape elements are rationally analyzed from the perspective of perceptual perception,and the post-use evaluation conclusion is obtained: the overall functional form of the transformed space is relatively satisfactory;On the basis of the previous design principles,9 more perfect and practical strategies are further proposed from the planning and design levels,including accurate positioning of land use functions,overall optimization of spatial structure,the use of population needs to meet,flexible selection of local materials,the creation of human landscape places,ecological and cultural co-driving,color matching limited sites,perfect and practical skit facilities,and natural harmony of plant landscaping.
