In recent decades,with the rapid improvement of network speed and the widespread popularization of intelligent Internet devices,a series of novel Internet social media emerged at the historic moment and developed.Among them,microblog,as a typical social software,has become the first choice for people to conduct Internet social communication by virtue of its timely release,convenient operation and other features.Expressing emotions through clockwork state has been gradually integrated into People’s Daily life.With the accumulation of time,microblog platform data has accumulated a large number of users’ real emotions.Therefore,how to collect and statistics the emotional dynamics of the majority of users on the network is a problem worth studying.As a state-owned super large backbone enterprise,state grid’s eternal aim is to provide better service for its customers.Therefore,this paper proposes a software that can capture the information related to electric power on the Internet and analyze its overall emotional trend,which can help the state grid company timely meet the people’s satisfaction and demand,so that the company can better fulfill its social responsibility and better realize the "Internet + marketing service".The important research object for the Internet represents the weibo,to many of the microblog information related to electric power data,how to organize,how to extract effective selective subject information,this paper designed a program that USES the current natural language processing technology,the system can realize real-time grabbing for weibo power related topics,at the same time can also be a specific analysis of the emotional tendencies.The main work of this paper includes:1)a crawler program is developed and implemented in this paper,which can directional and real-time capture the information of power related topics in weibo.2)use the existing open source Chinese word segmentation to collect all kinds of hot words on the Internet,establish a new and complete vocabulary,and improve the ability of the crawler to search for information3)combine word dictionary and rule level,improve the existing analysis and calculation methods,and improve the new power theme-related dictionary.4)establish a micro-blog information collection and analysis system for power related topics,and analyze the attention and emotional orientation of power related topics in micro-blog.In the process of this study,relatively many technologies were introduced,such as web crawler,a variety of current natural language processing technologies were also applied,emotional analysis was carried out on relevant data,and the corresponding system was designed and implemented.However,there were still many deficiencies in many aspects,which required further optimization.Crawlers can realize directional fetching in practical applications,but its performance in many ways than the crawler frame,the design of the crawler program in terms of performance is somewhat weak,at the same time the design of the crawler has a relatively low extensibility,the paper need to summarize the experience of his predecessors,more in-depth research of the crawler technology details more,these are all need to work.
