| Human social and economic development has experienced the era of product economy and service economy,and now with the change of China’s economic system,the era of experience economy has come.In this situation,the consumption of the catering industry has gradually upgraded to a qualitative stage,and the consumer demand has also transitioned from the subsistence type to the enjoyment type consumption stage,with consumers paying more and more attention to the spiritual enjoyment and emotional experience in the dining process,and operators also paying more and more attention to the emotional changes of the audience group when dining.As a commercial space closely related to daily life,the theme restaurant space itself has multiple experience elements,such as space environment,theme culture,dish characteristics,personalized services,etc.The integration of audience emotional experience analysis in these elements and attention to personalized emotional needs is conducive to creating a personalized Catering space,cohesion more emotional factors,truly people-oriented,the implementation of the humanization of design requirements,while bringing consumers a more humane and interesting dining experience,in the theme of catering space place creation,audio-visual experience and interactive experience to improve,bringing a broader space for development.Therefore,under the joint promotion of various factors,it is crucial to study and analyze the emotional experience of consumers on the creation of themed dining space.Based on the theory proposed by Donald Norman in the book "Emotional Design",this paper tries to summarize a set of design strategies for themed dining spaces that meet the audience’s emotional demands and conform to the aesthetics of contemporary youth groups from three levels of emotional experience design,and use the research results as a guide to carry out design practice.Through summarizing theoretical research,collecting and analyzing cases,researching audience groups,summarizing design strategies,and carrying out design practice,this paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of emotional experience design of themed dining spaces.Firstly,the paper traces the development and main types of themed dining spaces,summarizes and reflects on the current situation and shortcomings of themed dining space design;it deeply interprets the concept of emotional experience design,and carries out theoretical analysis from three different levels of emotional experience design to pave the way for the following.Secondly,we analyze the components of emotional experience design in themed dining space from two levels: material and spiritual,and summarize the design principles to give theoretical support for the following design strategies.Finally,based on the research results,we carry out design practice,apply the concept of emotional experience design to specific projects,and convey the emotional,aesthetic and social values of themed dining spaces through the design strategies of different levels of emotion.This paper is innovative in terms of research perspective and content.It focuses on the emotional needs of consumers in thematic dining spaces,combines the emotional needs of the audience with the design of the spatial environment,and provides the theoretical basis for the emotional experience design of thematic dining spaces from art design theory,environmental psychology,art aesthetics and other specialties,which has certain innovative significance.The specific research methods include literature research method,case study method,interdisciplinary method,questionnaire survey method and summarization method,and the research results are used to guide the design practice,which highlights the aesthetic and social value of emotional experience design.In conclusion,based on the theory of emotional experience design,this paper explores the method of creating the theme restaurant space environment based on consumers’ emotional experience,and carries out design practice based on this theory to meet the audience’s emotional needs and enrich their spiritual experience on the basis of reasonable space planning for theme restaurants,reflecting the emotional and social value of space design.The author hopes that through the interpretation of emotional experience design theory,the theme restaurant space will be emotionally explored,providing new ideas for the creation of multiple experiences in today’s restaurant space,enriching its connotation and stimulating its vitality,so as to create an emotional experience theme restaurant more in line with the development of the times. |
