With the continuous progress and development of human society,especially after the reform and opening up,our country's economy has continued to develop and the people's living standards have been continuously improved.At the same time,the population in China has also continued to increase,resulting in a continuous decrease in the average per capita land area.The process of urbanization has accelerated,and the scale of modernization has expanded rapidly.A large number of high-rise buildings have also emerged.Because the bearing capacity of the foundation can not meet the needs of engineering design,resulting in uneven settlement of the foundation,and even endanger the safety of the building.Ground-based processing technology has begun to receive great attention from engineering and academia.With the development of ground treatment technology,composite foundation treatment technology has become more and more widely used in construction projects.However,the development of composite foundation treatment technology is far from meeting the needs of actual projects.It requires deep research on theory and practice.explore.Therefore,this article sums up the research and practical application at home and abroad,summarizes the engineering of deep cement mixing piles used in soft ground,puts forward new designs and construction plans,and provides guidance for practical projects.This article first introduces the development of the composite foundation and the research status quo,eliciting the common treatment methods of the composite foundation,and deeply analyzing the commonly used mechanical equipment and its development.The development of deep mixing piles,practical applications and the basic engineering characteristics are explained.Secondly,the development history of deep mixing piles and the development of mixing equipment are introduced.Analyze the cause of soft soil foundation,according to the engineering characteristics of composite foundation with deep mixing piles,discuss the basic reinforcement principles of composite foundation with deep mixing piles,deeply study the basic hardening mechanism of curing agent,and elaborate the construction process of deep mixing piles.The process and construction methods are used to analyze in detail the mechanical installation process of deep mixing piles and discuss the quality inspection scheme of deep mixing piles.Thirdly,the DCM ship process of deep mixing piles was analyzed and discussed.The birth of DCM ship technology and its engineering characteristics were introduced.The DCM ship is introduced in detail,and the construction management system of the DCM process is further discussed to find out its advantages and disadvantages,and the feasibility of the construction program is analyzed.Finally,we will introduce the project overview of Hong Kong Airport No.3 runway and combine this project example with DCM ship technology to design the construction plan from the choice of materials,sampling and test,to site layout and construction,and construction process.An engineering example was used to verify the feasibility and correctness of the design scheme.In summary,the use of deep mixing pile DCM process has unparalleled advantages for the establishment of offshore airports,and its construction program is feasible.
