Coal blending technology belongs to the category of clean coal technology,and is also one of the hot technologies at home and abroad.It is to mix the coal with different coal properties in a certain proportion to change the ignition characteristics,combustion stability and slagging characteristics of mixed coal.To improve the combustion efficiency of mixed coal to meet the requirements of different coal-burning equipment for coal quality.Although blended coal is a simple mechanical mixing process,the characteristics of various types of coal are different,resulting in different combustion characteristics of blended coal.If the type of coal is selected reasonably and the proportion is appropriate,the advantages of each type of coal can be given full play and good combustion conditions can be created for the boiler.On the contrary,it will cause problems such as lower operation level of combustion equipment,difficulty in ignition,unstable combustion,lower efficiency,aggravation of slagging and ash accumulation,increase of pollutant discharge,and even cause furnace shutdown accidents.These problems will seriously affect the safety and economic operation of the unit.The utilization of mixed coal has an impact on many aspects of boiler operation,which in turn affects the operation and power generation cost of power plants.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and economic operation of power station boiler,it is necessary to study the combustion characteristics of mixed coal of power station boiler,so as to guide the normal operation of power station boiler.The safety of boiler operation is very important,and its slagging property is one of the main factors affecting its safety.According to the survey,the coal used for power in ningxia at present can be divided into two categories: yinchuan as the boundary,the coal north of yinchuan is collectively called yinbei coal,and the coal south of yinchuan is collectively called yinnan coal.Yinnan coal reserves are much higher than yinbei coal,which belongs to the main part of power coal.Although the reserves of yinbei coal are far less than that of yinnan coal,its ash melting point is high and there is no slagging problem.Therefore,the current common practice of power plants in ningxia is to burn yinnan and yinbei coal in order to reduce the slagging problem in yinnan coal combustion process and ensure the safe operation of power station boilers.However,due to the lack of study of ningxia power mixed coal combustion characteristic,difficult to carry out scientific and reasonable power plant boiler burning blended coal,the ningxia various power plants burning coal blend mostly by practical experience,the lack of scientific basis,thus it is necessary for ningxia power in-depth study on combustion characteristics of mixed coal,to guide the use of mixed coal power plant science in district,to ensure the safety and economy of power station boiler operation.This project,ningxia region power plant boiler the smooth implementation of mixed coal combustion characteristic research,will be on each big power plants in the region will provide a scientific basis for reasonable and correct burning blended coal,reduce the emergence of the slagging problem in the process of boiler operation,so as to improve the safety and economy of boiler operation,at the same time has the very high scientific research value and practical application value.
