In recent years,T Company has opened up the Asian and European markets,and with the improvement of living standards of our people,more and more attention has been paid to safety in aerial work,especially since the country has regulations on safety protection for aerial work,the demand for aerial work platform is also increasing,orders are increasing substantially,and the annual growth rate of volume is 30%,which causing a longer lead time for customers.A large number of backlogs(order delay phenomenon)have appeared,so this article takes the value steam of GS products in T company as a study point,through the analysis of lean value stream mapping,finds out that internal logistics distribution is the main bottleneck that cannot support the increasing of production capacity.Then,by studying the basic methods of lean logistics and combining the main concepts of lean production,develop a set of internal logistic distribution method suitable for the production line,which makes a great contribution to increase production capacity and shorten lean time to meet customer needs.This paper focuses on:(1)main theories and principles of lean internal logistics,(2)define basic steps of design and implementation of internal lean logistics,(3)Create raw material distribution method considering the characteristics of T company,including train package delivery system,two-bin replenishment system,also realize the trial run of the latest automatic navigation transport technology(AGV).Through the realization of the train package delivery system combining with the synchronization with the production line,it greatly improved the inefficient manual distribution system,shortened the lead time,increased production capacity and morale of employees,met customer demand and created more profits for the company.Through the application of lean tools to improve the internal distribution of materials,the company achieved a 5-fold increase in production capacity,a 60% increase in efficiency,material on time delivered to line more than 95% accurate,finally build to schedule completing 90%,it is a win-win for both the company and its customers.
