| There are about hundreds of disasters in the world every day.Rescue workers need to carry out rescue work in the complex and chaotic disaster scene.Data show that the average number of people dying from fires worldwide is 70,000 a year.In China,on average, nearly 2,000 people die from fires every year.Because of the unknown and dangerous characteristics of rescue scene, rescue becomes more and more difficult. It is of great significance to rescue the trapped people in the shortest time after receiving the police and to ensure the life safety of the rescuers.First of all, this paper analyzes the complex environment of fire and the causes of death and injury in the rescue process of firefighters, combined with industrial design rules, taking rescuers as the starting point, focusing on ergonomics and proposing design principles for fire rescue products.Secondly, through the investigation of 64 firefighters, the basic database of the firefighters was obtained. The static parameters of the human body were calculated according to the basic size of the firefighters obtained from the survey results. The typical actions of the firefighters during rescue were extracted and analyzed. The range of motion and physiological characteristics and motion characteristics of each joint propose a set of body size data and range of motion data in accordance with the firefighter. Finally, according to the analysis of the design elements of disaster relief products, quickly determine the user’s needs, identify the design direction, and improve the existing fire-fighting wear products, and propose a more humane and more specific relief-oriented exoskeleton equipment. |
