The fire brigade implements the policy of "prevention first,combined with fire prevention and fire prevention",and is responsible for the tasks of fire safety and emergency rescue at the troops stationed there.Although the emergence of highprecision rescue equipment has improved the rescue efficiency,it has also increased the load of firefighters,and excessive fatigue is the "invisible killer" of firefighters.This article intends to reduce the fatigue of firefighters through auxiliary products for fire rescue operations.,The purpose is to provide assistance for firefighters’ rescue operations,to discuss how to make action aids better serve firefighters,and to design action aids to make them lightweight and comfortable,meet firefighters’ load-bearing conditions and improve their performance.experience.Firstly,the data analysis method is used to analyze the environmental complexity of fire rescue,and the load-bearing requirements of firefighters and the timeliness requirements of rescue are obtained through the user operation process analysis method,and the necessity of efficient fire rescue is obtained.Secondly,through the analysis and induction method,according to the role of the product in the fire rescue process,the existing fire auxiliary products are sorted and summarized,so as to provide an opportunity for the exoskeleton to intervene in the action auxiliary products,and the key technology and assistance of the existing fire exoskeleton.The performance was analyzed,and the unpowered exoskeleton was used as the research object after comparison.In addition,through on-the-spot investigation,observation records,on-site interviews and other methods,as well as ergonomics theory,the joint motion and ergonomic problems of firefighters in daily training are analyzed,and action assistance is sorted out from the needs of firefighters under load-bearing conditions.According to the structure and function required by the product,it is concluded that the mobility aid product should retain the flexibility of the upper limb,and the lower limb is the main force-bearing unit and the most vulnerable part,so it is necessary to focus on assisting the movement of the lower limb.Finally,according to the mapping relationship between the load-bearing needs,protection needs and the psychological state of the special environment and the auxiliary products for action,four strategies for auxiliary products for fire rescue operations are summarized.In order to optimize the design,the relevant physical parameters of 50 groups of firefighters were obtained through the method of questionnaire survey,sorted and calculated to obtain a set of indicators specifically for firefighters,and some functions of the existing products were optimized and applied to the new Among the products,the design of action aids for firefighters has been completed.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to provide new design ideas for the design of auxiliary products for fire rescue operations,and to focus more on improving the rescue capabilities of firefighters,and to provide scholars and designers who will design fire rescue auxiliary products in the future for reference.
