Cooling tower is an indispensable and important part of residential facilities and enterprise workshops,Its function is to effectively and reasonably utilize the circulating water in industry or life,and to reduce the temperature of high temperature circulating water to reusable conditions by heat exchange between air flowing into the tower and high temperature circulating water.In recent years,the pursuit of a better life has become more and more desirable.With the continuous progress of industrialization,people pay more and more attention to the issue of energy recycling.In order to make more effective use of circulating cooling water resources,we must improve the heat transfer efficiency of cooling towers and the use efficiency of circulating water so as to minimize the waste of resources.Aiming at the problems of poor heat dissipation effect,inconvenient maintenance and short service life of traditional mechanical exhaust cooling tower,this paper puts forward improvement measures for the shortcomings of the original structure,designs a new type of bottom blast cooling tower without packing,and takes it as the main research object,uses numerical simulation method to study its internal flow field characteristics.The specific work is as follows:(1)By comparing and analyzing the working principle and heat transfer performance of cooling towers with different structures.According to the design criterion of industrial circulating water cooling,the air intake mode of cooling tower was improved.A new type of bottom blast cooling tower was designed,and a three-dimensional model was established by using Solidworks software.(2)Based on the theory of gas-liquid two-phase flow heat transfer,a heat transfer calculation model of circulating water in cooling tower is established.FLUENT software is used to analyze the heat and mass transfer of the bottom blast cooling tower.Temperature,pressure,velocity and trace maps of the fluid inside the tower are obtained.The flow field characteristics of the bottom blast cooling tower are analyzed.The heat dissipation effects of the exhaust cooling tower and the new bottom blast cooling towerare compared.(3)The influence of different ambient temperatures on the heat transfer performance of cooling towers is studied under the same conditions.At the same time,the influence of different inclination angles of the distributor on the flow field inside the tower is also studied,so as to optimize the distribution structure of the bottom blast cooling tower.
