Practical Research On Lean Production System In Parker Company's M&A Integration

With the rapid economic globalization,more and more Chinese enterprises are preferred to merger and acquisition(M&A)strategy.China has become the main force of mergers and acquisitions,and accelerate its integration into the globalization process.The enterprise M&A has become one of the main avenues of business expansion and competitiveness.However,the management of M&A integration has not yet reached the international advanced standard,these negative factors lead to the fail and unsatisfactory result.It's worth to study on the successful practical experience of multinational enterprise,to lead the synergy effect and promote the good situation of "1+1>2".The research object of this article is Parker Instrumentation(Changzhou)Co.,Ltd.,which is a branch of a US-owned company acquired by Parker Group in 2017.Parker Group is a worldclass industrial company headquartered in the United States.The article made in-depth research on the practical application of lean system in the M&A integration of Parker Group through using the combination of theoretical and empirical research,combined with the actual situation of Parker Instrument(Changzhou)Co.,Ltd.Firstly,the basic theories of M&A integration and lean system are comprehensively expounded.Secondly,it analyzed the status of M&A integration of Parker Instrument(Changzhou)Co.,Ltd.The main problems were pointed out in M&A integration from the business,core business processes,production processes and corporate culture integration.Then it generalized the necessity and feasibility of the application of lean system in the integration process of M&A.Thirdly,the practical model of M&A integration was created through using the combination of the 80/20 principle and the Parker Lean System(PLS),finally the best integration plan was obtained.In the last,the article evaluated the implementation effect of M&A integration scheme based on Parker Lean System(PLS),and proposed that lean system can help enterprises to promote integration of M&A,even if under the different company's own culture or Eastern and Western culture.The Lean system is a scientific and effective tool for integration of M&A.The integration of M&A is a complex systematic program,and it is a key guarantee of success for M&A.I hope this article can provide some theories and practices of M&A integration for other enterprises,and conduct the development and expansion effectively to Chinese enterprises!...
