workshop Measurement and Positioning System is regarded to be a typical as its active applications in fields of join-assembly of large components,robot dynamic guidance.However,considering that being with the characteristics of necessity of calibrating parameters before test,finiteness of measurement range and accuracy decline resulted by the increase of the distance,the workshop Measurement and Positioning System,meanwhile,of which the field survey is generally a sophisticated task,even the secondary rework is virtually impossible,so temporarily adjusting the network deployment according to the actual measuring situations is often infeasible.Therefore,the design of workshop Measurement and Positioning System network layout before implementing measure appears particularly important.This paper focuses on the typical workshop Measurement and Positioning System among the macroscale network style measurement systems,aims at figuring out the layout optimization issue of workshop Measurement and Positioning System.The author firstly analyzes the scan angle-measurement model of the single transmitter and the system composition for workshop Measurement and Positioning System,then gives the classification of workshop Measurement and Positioning System measurement errors,emphatically analyzes the methods and models of coordinate errors,deeply discusses the effective area and layout optimization algorithm of workshop Measurement and Positioning System.Finally,regarding mentioned systems as guidelines,author completes relevant verifications through applying them to some practical cases.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)Lucubrate the error analysis model of workshop Measurement and Positioning System: author studies the error analysis methods on account of threedimensional data in large scale measurement system and simulate these methods through cases;establishes a positioning error model with key values of derivative that 3 D data to scanning angle of light plane;sums up an analytical strategy taken analytic method as fundamental and reflected measuring accuracy by covariance.(2)Lucubrate the effective coverage of workshop Measurement and Positioning System: starting from the practical application,author studies the efficient part of the measuring area on two typical modes of transmitters which are characterized by topmounted and conventional feature,perspective from the structural property and measure trait of both transmitters and receivers.Thus,the network layout of workshop Measurement and Positioning System turns to be easier.(3)Lucubrate the optimization methods of workshop Measurement and Positioning System network deployment: Taking three aspects of measurement error,effective cover rate and measuring cost into account,the design of layout optimization is quantized and analyzed;a mesh-based genetic algorithm which operates in coordination between a rough optimization based on global grids and a subtle optimization based on local grids is proposed.(4)For the astronautic GNC full-physical simulation laboratory,author carries on a detailed analysis and optimization design.A pretest is carried out through simulation experiments,and field tests demonstrate the feasibility of these methods.It turns out that the proposed layout optimization design way with the principle of a mesh-based genetic algorithm is very practical.
