The access of high-permeability distributed power sources leads to more diversity and complexity of power system operating boundaries.Distributed power supply operation control and planning design considering various boundary conditions are related to grid security,stability and economic operation.Problems in development that need to be resolved.In this paper,the problem of access planning for distributed power supply is studied.The scene modeling and typical day selection methods are studied.The distributed power supply and energy storage optimization planning model is constructed.The main work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of distributed photovoltaic access planning in distribution network,an improved scenario analysis method considering resource scenarios and load scenarios is proposed.The typical load segment clustering solves the problem that the traditional method only considers the total load.The optimization planning calculation amount is reduced,and the established verification index solves the shortcoming that the cluster validity index cannot reflect the actual physical meaning of the load scenario.Based on the scene analysis,a distributed photovoltaic double-layer optimization planning model considering voltage regulation strategy is constructed.The sensitivity-based operation strategy of photovoltaic power source is proposed,which fully utilizes the photovoltaic power and active power to adjust the voltage,and improves the voltage of the distribution network.Quality and its ability to accept distributed PV.Aiming at the selection problem of Pareto solution,the screening index and screening process are proposed,which can optimize the ideal solution under the conditions of ensuring economy,technology and environmental protection.(2)For the problem of capacity planning of multiple distributed power sources and energy storage,firstly,a typical index selection evaluation system is established.Based on multi-objective hybrid shaping linear programming,a typical daily selection optimization model is constructed,and the configuration weights and settings are optimized.The extreme index constraint better preserves the raw data information and reduces the error between the typical day and the original data.Based on the typical day selection,a two-layer optimization planning model of microgrid is constructed.The upper model is designed to design the wind and light storage capacity,and the lower model is the microgrid economic dispatch.The example analysis shows that the typical daily selection method of this paper is compared with the traditional clustering method.In terms of operation scheduling,the actual error is smaller,and the evaluation and configuration of distributed power and energy storage capacity are more accurate and reasonable in planning and design.
