The built-up areas in the city accounted for about 70% of the city,of which at least 30% of the existing residential land,the existing residential areas of rain and flood management and transformation gradually become an important link in the construction of Sponge city.This article reviews the research on the transformation of the existing residential areas,and the scholars gradually turn to the improvement of function from the aspects of Community building beautification project and estate property management.This trend shows that the functional requirements and ecological requirements of the existing residential areas are stricter,and the flood management in residential areas is particularly important in the face of urban flooding.How to solve the urban waterlogging and rainwater collection and utilization is still the main purpose to solve the flood disaster in the residential area,but it is difficult to solve the problem fundamentally by the piecemeal beating in the residential quarters.In the transformation of the residential area of the rain flood management space layout planning and facilities to achieve regional rain flood management control of good results.This article takes Tianjin existing residential area as the research object,first through the present situation investigation,the data collection to the research object's green space characteristic to generalize;Secondly,based on the theory of residential area planning and landscape pattern analysis,the percent of landscape and Patch size standard deviation Patch density,Mean nearest-neighbor distance,green Space Connection degree are selected,using fragstats software to quantify the green space characteristics of the research object,and then carry on the transformation simulation of the residential area model with each index as the variable,The SWMM software analyzes the effect of rain and flood management in different planning structure residential areas,and compares the total runoff and peak flow in the simulation results,and puts forward the most obvious green space transformation measures in the existing residential areas.Finally,based on the simulation results,this paper puts forward some guidance suggestions on the spatial layout of stormwater management facilities in existing residential areas,and improves the management capacity of rainfall and flood.
