Rapid urbanization has changed the type of naturalhydrological cycle and underlying surface of the city.The frequent occurrence of rain and flood disasters,and the traditional concept of rain and flood management and gray infrastructure based on drainage has not been able to solve the problem of urban rain and flood.With the "sponge city" planning and construction in full swing,experts and scholars found that green rainwater infrastructure is one of the effective means tosolve the problem of rain and flood,and the planning and design of green rainwater infrastructure is necessary,so the research on the planning and design method of greenrainwater infrastructure is very meaningful.This paper takes the residential area of Yuxiu mansion in Hefei City as the researchobject,takes the micro site scale as the starting point,deeply understands the green rainwater infrastructure through the literature synthesis method,and probes into the application of the rain flood simulation technology in the planning and design of the greenrainwater infrastructure of the residential area of Yuxiu Mansion by using the rain flood scenario simulation method.The main research process is as follows: In-depth understanding of green rainwater infrastructure: This paper studies the theoretical development process of green rainwater infrastructure,i.e.from grey infrastructure to green infrastructure to green rainwater infrastructure,explores the relevant theories and concepts of green rainwater infrastructure,and analyzes the domestic and foreign green rainwater infrastructure at the urban level and residential area through case analysis This paper summarizes the objectives,principles,rainwater runoff management process and relevant measures of green rainwater infrastructure planning and design in residential areas.The application of rain flood simulation technology in the planning and design of green rainwater infrastructure of Yuxiu Mansion:(1)using rain flood simulation to guidethe layout planning of green rainwater infrastructure in Yuxiu mansion residential area.Through the rain flood simulation technology to find out the easy waterlogging points in the study area,divide the risk area of waterlogging,determine the waterlogging boundary,combined with the analysis of the causes of waterlogging and the focus of runoff control effect of various green rainwater infrastructure and the characteristics of the facilities,carry out the targeted layout(2)use the rain flood simulation to guidethe combination scheme of green rainwater infrastructure in Yuxiu residence area.Three combination schemes of green rainwater infrastructure are designed,and the rainwatercontrol effect of each scheme is compared by using the rain flood scenario simulation,that is,comparing the reduction rate of rainwater runoff,the reduction rate of flood peak flow,the delay effect of rainwater runoff occurrence time and the delay effect of flood peak occurrence time,to select the optimal combination scheme of green rainwater infrastructure in the research area.(3)The scale scale of green rainwater infrastructure in Yuxiu residence area is guided by rain flood simulation.The annual runoff total control rate of the optimal combination scheme is calculated by the rain flood simulation software DS and compared with the requirements in the technical guide for sponge city construction.According to the comparison results,the scale scale of green rainwater infrastructure in the optimal combination scheme is adjusted accordingly until the requirements are met.Research results:(1)under the guidance of rain flood simulation technology,the reasonable planning and layout of green rainwater infrastructure in the research area is realized.(2)Under the guidance of rain and flood simulation technology,rainwater garden,vegetation shallow ditch,sunken green land,permeable pavement and green roof are selected as the optimal combination scheme of green rainwater infrastructure in the study area.(3)Under the guidance of rain flood simulation technology,the scale scale of green rainwater infrastructure in the research area is controlled scientifically.Finally,the scheme of planning and design of green rainwater infrastructure with the best benefit and economy in Yuxiu residence is obtained,which proves that the technology of rain flood simulation can provide technical support and construction guidance for the planning and design of green rainwater infrastructure in residence.
