Discussion And Demonstration Of Community Participatory Design Based On Service Design Concept

Promoted by the policy of building socialist civilization with Chinese characteristics,community building has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life in China.In Taiwan,community building has been practiced under the context of decades of views and experience,while China's relevant theoretical policies and experience are still relatively weak.In recent years,community residents' awareness of participating in community environment creation has been deepening,and community participation activities have gradually begun to promote in various cities in China,including the joint community building between universities and universities in Taiwan.However,with the large-scale implementation of community participation opportunities,community participation in the process of rapid popularization also presents various practical crises and dilemmas,so it is necessary to further discuss the future direction and methods of practice.There are three research methods adopted in this paper: theoretical empirical research,literature analysis,observation research,in-depth interviews and case studies.Through the discussion and investigation of theory and historical experience,this paper analyses the basis of foreign discussion and the review of Taiwan's experience,and understands the historical conditions and functions of community participatory design in the past.The innovation of this study is to compare participatory design processes with service design concepts based on the experience,methods and processes of service design concepts,to better understand how to improve and modify the "services" provided at different stages of community building,and ultimately to create a more humane and perfect community environment.In the actual case,taking Yingshuili in Tianjin as an example to promote the community,the possibility and existing shortcomings of promoting community participatory design are realized by participating in the way of creating and designing community space,and then the process of promoting community participatory design based on service design process and tools and relevant suggestions and strategies are put forward.The purpose of this paper is not to seek a set of standard design methods or processes,but to present experience,practice and context process.Based on the accumulated experience in this stage,and combined with service design processes and tools,this paper proposes an improved process and promotion method for participatory community design based on service design theory,which can be used as the future community participatory space creation or design.Reference resources.
