| With the increasing demand for clean energy in the world,new energy sources such as wind power and nuclear power have developed rapidly.With the stability of sea breeze resources and the characteristics of large power generation,offshore wind power has been developing rapidly in the world in recent years.At present,the domestic wind power installation platform,no matter the quantity or the operation capability,is far from meeting the needs of the construction and development of China’s offshore wind farms.Domestic offshore construction companies have chosen to introduce second-hand platforms from abroad,but domestic maritime supervision departments generally require shipowners to issue demonstration materials for platform operation safety.The material needs to be approved by an authoritative third party,and the foreign second-hand platform introduced by the shipowner will be allowed to be constructed in the domestic offshore wind farm.At present,whether it is an enterprise,a design institute,a university or other scientific research institution,the evaluation of the safety of the old second-hand platform operation is not as mature or rich as the new platform in technical or engineering experience.Furthermore,the cost is a big burden for the shipowners if seeking foreign institutions and third parties for evaluation,Based on such a market and industry background,this article relying on a self-propelled jack-up lifting unit introduced by a domestic offshore lifting installation company,makes structural safety assessment.In this article,the finite element modeling method of the target platform is elaborated,and various combinations of working conditions are analyzed.The yield strength and buckling strength of the hull structure and the crane base are checked.Firstly,the modeling method and unit selection of the main structure of the hull are studied.Then,the application method of the boundary conditions of the model and the calculation and application method of the working condition load are analyzed.Finally,the school approval is determined and the whole ship is checked.In order to pass the research of this paper,a general safety assessment method for second-hand hoisting platform structure is formed,which has certain application and reference value for engineering practice. |
