The competition of modern manufacturing industry is actually the product design competition,which decides the function and quality of products,so the study of product design has become a hot topic now.The development of the self-propelled lifting platform is relatively late,but the application is very extensive.The traditional design and the calculation efficiency are low and not very accurate,so using the modern design method is necessary to improve the product functionality and quality and enhance their competitiveness.This paper regards the self-propelled lifting platform as,the research object to parametric design and analysis,through the development of parameterized design platform system to improve product design ability and promote its development.In this paper,the main work are as follows:(1)According to the principle and target of parameterized design platform,its main framework is established,which includes parametric design module,calculation module and data processing module three module design based on the function of the need.(2)Based on the VC++ development tool and using the ANSYS parametric design language APDL command flow,the parameterized module friendly interface is designed.Basis of the secondary development of ANSYS command encapsulation and interface technology,by calling the command flow operation way to design the parameterized model in VC++ friendly interface properties,which includes the definition of machine set,define the unit properties,the choice of the hydraulic cylinder and chain and the meshing function,finally the entire parameterized model is completed.(3)Based on the analysis of the overall structure of the lift platform and technology of the ANSYS finite element analysis,the analysis solving module is designed.On the basis of the generated parametric model,the ANSYS APDL command batch macro file is called through the VC++ interface to complete the the model of static analysis,modal analysis and optimization analysis.Using the interface technology makes the result display in the user interface.(4)According to the basic principle of database established and the relating to parameterized data,the data processing module is designed.The database that has Materia,hydraulic cylinder and chain database is established based on the Access performance,which can provide users to view and select.Through the use of ADO access query language and database programming,the database access is designed,and users save data under the specified file path to improve the data processing module design.(5)Through to the main interface's design and the operation of examples,the design platform is showed feasibility and effectiveness.The ANSYS analysis results is showed in the drawing rectangular area in the main interface.Users only need to input the basic design parameters in the system interface,the finite element analysis will be automatically completed by computer in the process of operation.This is Convenient for the user design and provides a tool to design the self-propelled lifting platform,which has a very vital significance for the development and application promotion.
