Entering the twenty-first Century,the modern industry is developing rapidly,and the demand for large turbogenerator is prominent.The design process of turbogenerator has been widely applied in the numerical calculation of electromagnetic field on the basis of traditional magnetic circuit calculation.Based on the electromagnetic numerical calculation and magnetic circuit analysis of turbo generator,combined with the design of a 600 MW large turbogenerator,the calculation method of electromagnetic parameters of turbogenerator and the asynchronous operation ability of motor are analyzed and studied.Based on the design and calculation of rotor in the manual calculation before the United States Westinghouse electromagnetic,and the combination of small and medium sized tank of large generator rotor structure and bias slot of the special structure of our current "electric" [turbo generator electromagnetism formula electric(DZ)28-63(internal circulation)] the calculation formula about the electromagnetic design of large steam turbine the generator is modified in a book,the correctness of the formula was revised by using the finite element numerical method to verify.The calculation of turbo generator by using analytic formula and finite element method,the rated excitation current,the reactance parameters and stator core loss,the rated excitation current is obtained by the mathematical model with equivalent impedance method and 2D field circuit motion coupled finite element combination calculation,the main points of calculation process and working principle of the equivalent impedance method among them;to calculate the two-dimensional transient field results as a reference,calculation of turbogenerator stator iron loss by using the harmonic analysis method and field circuit method,the stator core loss density distribution of the corresponding 3D.Under different load condition,using field circuit time stepping finite element model and two order Park model,simulation research on rotor asynchronous generator after loss of excitation,obtained under different power turbine generator,direct short circuit changes of parameters related to electromagnetic field loss,and the variation of magnetic field distribution in the motor,the conclusion for the design the work of large turbo generator and appeared in the process of operation after loss of excitation failure provides a theoretic basis for reducing load operation.
