Research On The Digital Intercom Of A Miniaturized Helicopter

Aircraft interphone(interphone)is an important accessory product of helicopter communication navigation identification system(CNI),the realization of its functional performance will provide safety guarantee for pilots,related to whether the pilots can successfully complete the established task,is an indispensable part of the helicopter airborne products.Interphone is mainly complete the internal communication between the two pilots in the aircraft,and by controlling the satcom,airborne radio to realize the external communication,and monitoring navigation equipments(like a beacon,compass,etc.)on board provided by the speech signal and broadcast the trigger various voice warning sound,which is the audio control hub of the machine.This paper first introduces the research significance of the interphone and research status at home and abroad,and then elaborates the design and test verification of the miniaturized digital interphone.Based on miniaturization and lightweight tasks,propose the design and implementation methods of speech processing box and aircraft interphone control box,and then develop the integrated system scheme.DSP FPGA is used as the system frame and data processing core,the AVR microcontroller is used as the auxiliary processor to realize the data collection and receiving,and the large-scale logic device is used to control the timing and logic.The design of hardware platform and software platform to meet the functional performance of PC communication are studied.The validity and accuracy of the miniaturization computer communication function are proved by hardware simulation,software test and perfect call quality test.providing a design reference for the miniaturized digital interphone design,and laying the foundation for the development of multi-interface and multi-seat interphone in the later period.
