Research On Budget Management Of Zhongjian Xincheng D Project

In recent years,budget management has been widely used both at home and abroad.Budget management has proved its effectiveness in the process of application,but there are also some problems.With the improvement of productivity at home and abroad and the changeable market,budget management is often slack.Budget slack is not only a waste of resources for enterprises and projects,but also a hindrance to the long-term development of enterprises.If we can't deal with the problem of budget slack well,budget management will become a mere formality and reduce the efficiency of production and operation of enterprises.Project enterprises have their own particularities.For them,the most important thing in enterprise management is project management.However,it is not easy to improve the level of project management in the actual operation of the project.From the point of view of real estate development company,based on the budget management of specific projects,this paper hopes to find ways to improve the effectiveness of project management.The research object of this paper is the Zhongjian D New Town Project,analyzing the problems existing in the budget management of the project,and finding solutions to the problems from the perspective of budget slack.This paper firstly studies the related literature on budget management and budget slack at home and abroad,using the method of literature research.Then,based on budget slack,this paper analyzed the reasons of budget management problems in the operation of D New Town Project through related theories,using qualitative analysis method.Finally,through field interviews,data collection and other means,this paper uses case analysis method to conduct case studies of the Project.The research finds that there have been some problems in the budget management of the Project in the previous year,which have brought adverse effects to the project management.Therefore,it is very important for the effectiveness of the whole project management to reduce the adverse effects of slack behavior in the budget management of the project and prevent the possible problems in the future budget process.
