The Research And Development For The Software Of Architectural Budget And Budgetary Estimate

The budget and budgetary estimate are necessary in the bidding and auditing of a construction project. A lot of recording, analyzing, calculating and reporting work make it time-consumble and subject to human errors. With the wide use of computer, the computerization of budget and budgetary estimate has been a necessary result. Based on the different quotations and different types of Shandong province, this dissertation makes many systematically analyse and develops the software of architectural budget and budgetary estimate. Different quotation and different types, such as civil engineering, installation, city planning and gardening, are being used within Shandong, Therefore, in order to be universal and efficient, uniformed analysing engine are developed. In the meantime, after comparison of capability and efficiency, C++ Builder is finally chosen to be used as developing instrument and Paradox database is chosen to store data。The system adopts uniformed calculation and analysis, it supports different quotation in Shandong. This system uses OOP and VCL technology which providing powerful function and friendly interface. it helps users to resolve practic work. This system includes some modules: project management, material management, budget management, city management, cost management and maintaining project.This article consists of six chapters. Chapter 1 discusses the status of architecture and the significance of this research. Chapter 2 illustrates basic concepts of construction budget. Chapter 3 explores theoretical basis of computer and database required in this system. Chapter 4 explains the demand of the software, the designing mentality, basic structure, the application methods of the modules of the software and related key techniques. Chapter 5 discusses the research's outcome and practical application. Chapter 6 presents the conclusion of the significance of this research and analyses further research.
