With the continuous improvement of China's economic,automobiles have become the necessary means of transportation for people in their daily lives.However,the rapid increase in the total number of cars has caused the parking problems,which have blocked the development of the urban.The appearance of the three-dimensional garage has alleviated the pressure of urban parking problems,however,most of the stereo garages still are involved in the faults,such as low efficiency,less automation,lack of intelligent monitoring and remote data service.Therefore,with the lifting and traversing stereo garage,this thesis designs the intelligent parking system integrating the local stereo garage PLC control system and the remote intelligent control platform,which is combined the industrial Internet of Things technology.Realized by network communication technology,the three-dimensional garage intelligent control platform combined the local stereo garage front-end system,cloud server and WeChat public client.The main content of this thesis is listed as following.Firstly,the operation requirements and operation modes of the three-dimensional garage intelligent control system are analyzed.Combined the basic characteristics of the cloud server and the WeChat development platform,the feasibility of the designed remote control system is analyzed,and the intelligent control of the stereo garage based on the Internet of Things is proposed.Moreover,the overall architecture and functional system of the system are presented.Secondly,this thesis designs the three modules of the local stereo garage front-end system,cloud server and WeChat public number respectively.A local stereo garage front-end acquisition system based on MCU controller is designed,which includes the PLC controller,the MCU chip data transmission unit under Modbus protocol,the MFRC522 card reader system,the serial interface communication-based industrial screen human-computer interaction unit,and the remote data access unit based on CH9121 chip.After the collection of the parking data,the system give a precdure of the control order and the remote transmission of data.The design of the cloud server construction solution includes the remote management system of the cloud server and database,the software deployment of the cloud server,the implementation of the SOCKET socket communication program and the database management program,and the local stereo garage front-end acquisition system designed to complete Remote control and information storage for the local garage system.The client development platform of WeChat public account,including the interface programming between the client and the cloud server and the design of the interactive page of the WeChat public number,to realize the access and operation of the mobile client to the local stereo garage system through the cloud server.Moreover,the client includes the queryof parking space information,access to the garage location,online reservations to access the car and other functions.Finally,the prototype of the three-dimensional garage intelligent control system was developed,and the two-layer three-column lifting and traversing three-dimensional garage in Yangzhou was tested and operated in the field.The test results verified the design of this thesis.The three-dimensional garage intelligent control system can satisfied the requirements of the remote management and the control.
