| With the implementation of the ’Internet plus’ action plan,the freight information platform has moved from behind the scenes to the stage,but there are still problems such as price confusion and low matching efficiency in the operation process.In order to promote the development of the platform,it is necessary to solve the key issues of vehicle-cargo matching through the platform,for the purpose of establishing a perfect vehicle-cargo matching mechanism.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the key issues in the process of vehicle-cargo matching through the platform.In this paper,the key issues of the platform with the bidding mode and the dispatch mode were analyzed and generalized,including the attribute matching problem above the two modes,the pricing problem under platform with the bidding mode and the vehicle routing problem under platform with the dispatch mode.The paper mainly completed the following work:Firstly,this paper analyzed the main operation mode of the freight information platform,and analyzed the operation process of the platform with the bidding mode and the dispatch mode,thus confirming the key issues and research ideas of the article.Secondly,for the problem of vehicle-cargo attribute matching above the two modes,this special one-to-many matching problem was defined,and the method of copying the owner of the shipper was designed.Considering the matching stability,the problem was converted into one-to-one bilateral stable matching.Therefore,this paper established a multi-objective bilateral matching model considering users’ preference index,and the model was transformed into a single-objective model by using the idea of membership function.The case verified that the method can achieve diversified output of attribute matching results.Thirdly,for the pricing problem under platform with the bidding mode,this paper considered the different market environment and users’ attribution characteristics.Based on the bilateral market theory and the Hotelling model,a multi-stage game pricing model which considered platform differentiation,platform scale and users’ habits was established.On this basis,the bidding game model of shippers and carriers which considered psychological stress and static discount rate was established.In this paper,the mathematical derivation and numerical simulation were used to clarify the influence of various factors on platform pricing and transaction freight,and suggestions for promoting platform development were put forward.Finally,for the vehicle routing problem under platform with the dispatch mode,the three-stage solving algorithm including was designed.In this paper,the original data was divided by the improved K-mediods algorithm,and the original problems was transformed into a series of SDVRPTW problem.In order to solve a series of SDVRPTW problem,a improved multi-ant colony algorithm was designed.The basic rules and solution strategies of the algorithm were improved,and the 2-opt neighborhood search was introduced to improve the quality of the solution.In the following,the feasibility of the improved algorithm was verified by a case which scale was the same as pr2 were compared with the GA-ACO algorithm.At the same time,according to the results of each stage,the economics of the multi-depot distribution in the platform assistance area was proved.The research work of this paper enriches the bilateral matching theory,multi-stage price game theory and ant colony algorithm theory to a certain extent.It also has certain reference value for establishing and improving the vehicle-cargo matching mechanism. |
