Recent years,China’s marine development and management have been developing rapidly,and the use of marine information is constantly becoming the core of China’s development strategy.Data is the core and key of marine information research.Its quality and accuracy often affect the analysis of marine information.The collection of marine data in China mainly depends on a variety of sensor equipment on marine survey ships,but at present there is still a lack of an effective Methods The marine data collected by the ship’s multi-sensors were fused in real time to improve the sensor collection accuracy.In the process of data acquisition,the sea survey sensor often faces various problems such as complex acquisition environment,equipment failure,etc.,resulting in ambiguity and uncertainty in the collected data.This thesis focuses on the characteristics of the data collected by the multi-sensor of the sea survey ship.The fusion method of data collected by sensors is researched.Based on this,a shipborne ocean data platform is designed and constructed to provide users with effective data real-time query,access and visualization services on the practical application level.The main research work includes the following aspects:1.Investigated the design patterns of related ocean data platforms at home and abroad,drew on the advantages of various schemes,and proposed shipboard ocean data platform design models based on actual needs.2.Research on data fusion algorithms,based on Bayesian theory and fuzzy evidence theory,to fuse data collected by multi-sensors to ensure the accuracy of data fusion,and introduce the fusion algorithm engineering into the platform to improve the multi-sensor cooperative measurement of seaborne ships Precision.3.In-depth research on the principles of Vue.js,layered design of the shipboard ocean data platform,development and decoupling of each module of the platform using componentized and modular development methods,combining marine information business with visualization technology,and providing Effective data dynamics.The operation results show that the platform has reached a high level of scalability,maintainability,and accuracy.The platform improves the accuracy of multi-sensor coordinated acquisition of marine survey ships,and provides a new solution for real-time utilization of marine data.
