Steel pipe structure is widely used in modern large-scale buildings with its own advantages,but during structural service,the occurrence of extreme events will threaten the safety performance of the building.Therefore,it is very necessary to study and prevent catastrophic events that threaten the safety of steel structure buildingitself.As the connection part of the steel structure,the mechanical performance and anti-impact carrying capacity of the steel pipe node are of vital importance to the overall safety of the overall steel structure building,and this paper will use the limiting software ABAQUS to study the impact-bearing capacity of the local thickened T-joint steel pipe,which mainly includes the following points:(1)Verify the accuracy of the model you are building.Using the finite element software ABAQUS to establish the model under the impact load,the model calculation results are compared with the experimental results in the literature,and the impact time curve and displacement time curve of finite element simulation and experiment are compared with the test,and the reliability of the model is verified.(2)Parameter analysis.Using the finite element software ABAQUS to model the local thickening tubular T-joint,and the following parameters are analyzed:local thickening area supervisor wall thickness and supervisor wall thickness ratio T_c/T,local thickening of the chord length and brace diameter ratio of L_c/d,brace wall thickness and chord wall thickness ratio?.?,is the ratio between the length and diameter of chord,the parameters include?,that is,the ratio of diameter between brace and chord.?,is the ratio between diameter and thickness of chord,?_y represents the yield strength of steel,M,is the quality of the hammer.The influence of the above parameters on the impact performance of local thickened tubular T-joints is judged.(3)A simplified computational study of local thickening of T-joints under static load.Through a large number of modeling,the influence of the main parameters on the load-displacement curve of ordinary T-joint and local thickened T-joint under static load is explored,the influence of different parameters on the carrying capacity improvement coefficient of T-joints is studied,and the relationship between the parameters and the load-carrying increase coefficient is developed by origin fitting.According to the calculation formula of carrying capacity of the brace pressure of the brace of the ordinary steel pipe joint in the steel structure design specification,the calculation formula of local thickening T-joint carrying capacity under the static force load is fitting.(4)A simplified computational study of local thickening T-joints under the action of dynamic load.Using the finite element software ABAQUS to model to explore the relationship between different parameters and node deformation and impact-resistant carrying capacity,using 1stOpt for formula derivation,the relationship between parameters and deformations and the relationship between impact-resistant carrying capacity and deformation are obtained,and the applicability of them is verified.
