In recent years,the material living standard of urban and rural residents in China has been greatly improved,which also has more demand for passenger cars,forming a situation of continuous growth in production and sales,but also brings certain problems to energy consumption and environmental protection.In order to seek better development of the automobile industry,we must pay attention to energy conservation and emission reduction.After the state issued the fourth stage of enterprise average fuel consumption laws and regulations,as well as relevant new energy vehicle support policies,many automobile manufacturers began to focus on the research and development of new energy vehicles,hoping to take a share in this field,especially new energy vehicles have the advantages of low fuel consumption,preferential policy support,etc.,which can balance the performance of enterprise fuel consumption.However,there are still large risks in new energy vehicles as a whole.For example,the level of industrialization and the maturity of technical routes are not as good as that of traditional vehicles,which have the characteristics of more investment,large policy changes and long development cycle.In addition,the charging infrastructure construction is relatively backward,and the consumer market needs to be further developed.Under the background of various unstable factors,in the early development process of the project,how to identify and evaluate the project risk,determine the direction of project risk management and make a scientific decision is very important,which is the key to the success or failure of automobile manufacturing enterprises in the field of new energy vehicles.At present,the research and development of new energy vehicles are mostly in the field of technology,and the research of project risk management is not paid attention to.This paper mainly focuses on the new energy vehicle battery management system project,use braining storming method to identify risk and expert rating method to grade risk score,and to analyzes and studies the possible risks and consequences of the project,reviews various risk assessment systems,and evaluates various risk factors by using the analytic hierarchy process The production line investment schemes of various types of new energy vehicle battery management system modules are analyzed and compared.Finally,the methods of how to face and prevent risks are put forward to form a complete and scientific project risk management means.In this paper,the investment in the production line of electric vehicle battery management system that company a is developing in the early stage is taken as the research object,and a complete and scientific risk evaluation system is established,which can not only evaluate the risks of all kinds of projects,but also determine the key points of risk management,which will bring substantial guarantee for the smooth operation of the project in the future,and also give the enterprise access to various projects The evaluation system ensures the practical and practical characteristics,and the conclusions can also bring certain theoretical and practical reference for the choice and development of the projects of various automobile manufacturing enterprises in China.
