Construction Of Performance Evaluation Index System Of DB Construction Company Based On Balanced Score Card

Chinna’s construction industry plays a pivotal role in the national economy.However,in recent years,the construction industry is facing severe pressures for survival.If a construction enterprise wants to improve its core competitiveness and obtain a space for survival and development,it must have a scientific performance evaluation system in order to control the complicated situation from a strategic height.Traditional performance evaluation is limited to the financial level.It is not possible to consider other levels of indicators from multiple perspectives and achieve an organic combination of strategic objectives and management tools.In the 1990st with the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard,some companies began to use this method gradually.The evaluation system achieves a balance between financial and non-financial indicators,long-term goals and short-term goals,internal and external.This paper takes DB construction company as the research object,adopts literature research method and case study method,and analyzes the status of performance evaluation of DB construction company on the basis of combing relevant literature an performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,and designs for DB construction company.The performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard was proposed,and the safeguard measures for the DB construction company to implement the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system were proposed,including obtaining the approval and support of company managers,performing dynamic supervision and mannagement,the performance evaluation system and the company The combination of strategy,evaluation results should be combined with the incentive system,and a good construction enterprise culture should be established.In the process of index selection,this paper refines each index through the questionnaire of DB construction company and the scoring of researchers,and uses AHP method to determine the index weight This article provides basic ideas for the application of the balanced scorecard in the construction industry,and the research has certain practical significance.
