| The informatization age is developing rapidly,and it is becoming more and more common to use computer to handle huge data jobs and various unexpected situations.However,in the road construction industry,it is relatively late to use informatization technology to detect and control the construction process.But through informatization technology,the construction process can be controlled in a timely,accurate and convenient,which can eliminate the quality problems caused by human factors to the utmost extent.This article relies on the highway construction projects of Lanhai Expressway Weiyuan to Wudu Section,and introduces"Internet+"technology to carry out informatization precise monitoring of the entire process of highway construction.Through monitoring the mixing,transportation,paving and compaction of the asphalt mixture,to reduce the possibility of various diseases on asphalt pavement and provide a guarantee for the accurate prediction of the fatigue life of the project.In order to predict the fatigue life of asphalt pavement materials of the project,the asphalt mixture mixed during road paving is taken to form a dynamic modulus test specimen.And UTM-100 was used to test the dynamic modulus of the materials on the upper,middle and lower layers of the asphalt pavement.The change of parameters of asphalt mixture road performance under different temperature and different loading frequency were analyzed.The main curve of dynamic modulus was obtained based on the time-temperature equivalence principle.And the change law of dynamic modulus,phase angle,rutting factor and fatigue factor of different structural layers were analyzed.Combining Bisar software to simulate the calculation results of pavement layer bottom tensile strain,an equation for using fatigue life to predict the service life of highway pavement relying on engineering was proposed.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:(1)"Internet+"technology can be used to monitor the entire process of asphalt pavement construction;a non-nuclear density meter can make a good demonstration for the non-destructive testing of the compaction degree during the pavement of highways.In the infrared spectrum,the peak area ratio of 966 cm-1 to(966+813)cm-1 can be used to determine the dosage of SBS in SBS modified asphalt.The brand and quality of asphalt can be monitored by Fourier infrared spectroscopy and fluorescence microscope.(2)As the temperature decreases,the dynamic modulus of the asphalt mixture increases,and it will obviously increase under the condition of minus low temperature.At the same temperature,the dynamic modulus of the asphalt mixture will decrease with the decrease of the loading frequency;ATB-25 as the lower layer has better bearing capacity,compared with SMA-13 and Superpave-20,its mechanical properties are better.(3)Marshall stability test and split test are used to analyze the difference between the asphalt surface material indoor and the field,the results show that the coefficient of the indoor test data of the upper layer multiplied by 0.9344 is the actual road performance parameter,while the coefficients of the middle surface layer and the lower layer are 0.9605 and 0.9228,respectively.(4)An equation to predict the service life of highway pavement using fatigue life is proposed. |
