With the continuous development of science and technology,solar cell photothermal power generation technology has been widely used and rapidly developed.In the trough condenser,because of the precision error in the manufacture and installation of the cantilever,the actual connected reflecting surface deflects and deforms.When the sunlight enters the collector surface,some reflected beams deviate from the focal line position,and the collector tube leaks light,which leads to the reduction of the whole concentrating efficiency of the device.Therefore,the influence of cantilever error on the performance of the collector is studied in this thesis.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem that the error of slot cantilever affects the shape and position deformation of the collector,starting with the processing error of the upper and lower supporting points of the cantilever,combined with the Buie model,the optical path reflection model and calculation method under"supporting plate relative error"and"supporting plate moving error"are proposed.Finally,the distribution of normalized energy density along the x_p focal plane is obtained by Matrix operation and Origin segment statistical method,and the theoretical calculation value is consistent with the ray tracing simulation result.(2)In order to improve the stability of the slot cantilever structure,the precondition of optimizing the machining accuracy of the cantilever spacing is put forward.Through the finite element analysis software,the maximum deflection distribution of the collector under different loads is obtained.The results show that the maximum deflection of the collector surface shows a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.The location of the edge distance fulcrum with the minimum maximum deflection of the collector surface is selected.The deformation displacement distribution of the mirror surface is more uniform,the structure is more stable,and the detection standard of the cantilever spacing is more reasonable.(3)Aiming at the problem of concentrator loss caused by error reflecting surface,the processing standards of different cantilever fulcrum and the solution of optimizing concentrator performance are put forward.Based on the Monte Carlo principle,the influence of the errors of the cantilever fulcrum?h and?x on the performance of the system is studied.On the premise of ensuring a certain concentration efficiency and average energy flow density,the manufacturing accuracy requirements of different cantilever fulcrum are finally given to achieve the best concentration performance of the system,and then effectively guide the production and processing of slot cantilever.This research can establish more scientific and reasonable accuracy test standards for the technical processing of cantilever,and provide the preconditions for achieving the best concentrating performance.At the same time,it has important guiding significance and application value for the production,processing,measurement and detection of cantilever.
