Under the background of promoting demand response in China,industrial parks tend to be intelligent.Intelligent industrials park not only serve as transmission link of the energy,information,data between the power grid and the factory,but also plays an important role in energy management and load dispatching of the factory.It assists the factory to participate in the demand response better.However,currently,during the interaction between the industrial park and the factory,both sides lack the understanding of the factory's demand response capacity.In this way,industrial park makes decisions that divorced from the actual of the factory's production and have poor economic benefits.In order to guide intelligent industrial parks to carry out energyuse planning,implement energy-use management,formulate economical and feasible load dispatching schemes,and promote industrial users' participation in demand response,this paper carries out research work from the following aspects:(1)The definition of long-term and short-term demand response capacity is given,also the industrial load classification and the application scenarios of demand response capacity.(2)The evaluation method of industrial users' long-term demand response capacity is given.Industrial load model for production is established.Considering the constraints of load utility,equipment characteristics and so on,with the objective function of maximize the range of factory's peak-valley difference,the long-term demand response capacity is obtained,which can provide reference for industrial park's energy use planning and management.(3)The assessment method of short-term demand response capacity of industrial users is given.Load control model is established.With consideration of constrains such as room temperature change,load characteristic,a multi-objective optimization equation is established.With the object function of maximize load reduction and economic benefits at the same time,the short-term demand response capacity is obtained.Short-term demand response capacity and the corresponding cost work together to help industrial park develop demand response and compensation strategy.(4)A practical application case of demand response capacity is given.The evaluation system of demand response capacity is designed,including its logic framework,data preprocessing algorithm,function module and interface design.In the test environment,the performance of the algorithm is verified.
