With the development of society and cities,high-rise buildings and smart buildings are increasing.Although the widespread uses of elevators in high-rise buildings facilitates people's travel,hidden safety hazards also increase.At present,most domestic elevator maintenance companies only arrange maintenance personnel to inspect and repair elevators on a fixed date,and cannot timely check the elevator's safety hazards.In order to reduce the occurrence of accidents and ensure the safe of elevators,the demand for the elevator real-time monitoring system is also increasing.In this paper,an elevator monitoring system is designed.This system can monitor the elevator's running status in real time and timely discover hidden elevator safety hazards to prevent accidents.The main research and development contents of this article are as follows:(1)Analyze the current situation of elevator maintenance companies,and design an elevator monitoring system based on multi-sensor information fusion,and introduce the algorithm principle of time series data and video data,which are used in the design and implementation of the system.(2)Design the overall structure and functional framework of the elevator monitoring system.For each module in this monitoring system,its hardware part and specific functions are analyzed and introduced.At the same time,the data communication and network transmission functions between the various modules are designed.Also,an elevator monitoring system is provided to detect the elevator running status and the elevator fault.(3)Algorithm design and the hardware and software implementation of the elevator monitoring system are completed.Aiming at the various sensors on the elevator,data pre-processing tasks such as data acquisition,correction,and filtering are completed.Through real-time information fusion and algorithm design,the detection of the elevator's real-time running status and fault early warning are realized.The data fusion algorithm includes: Kalman optimal estimation,horizontal and vertical integration of acceleration,frequency spectrum analysis,judgment of car door opening and closing status,number of floors identification and lift car passenger statistics.The implementation of these algorithms makes the elevator monitoring system better to complete the tasks of monitoring and early warning.
