| With the continuous increase of the population in Beijing and the increase in the area of urban ground hardening caused by the continuous expansion of built-up areas,Beijing’s ecological and urban environment is facing more and more problems: a large influx of people into cities,and a high urban population.Concentration has led to a surge in water demand and insufficient supply of urban water resources.However,the long-term over-exploitation of groundwater to supplement urban water has increased the risk of land subsidence and collapse.In addition,the surface hardening area of the city is increasing,leading to an increase in surface runoff during rainstorms,and reduced seepage under the rain.There are many phenomena of urban guilt.Therefore,advancing the construction of the Sponge City and enhancing Beijing’s urban disaster prevention and anti-risk capabilities have become important issues facing Beijing’s urban construction and sustainable development.This paper takes "Beijing must develop sponge city construction → Beijing build sponge city must choose the technology according to local conditions → ’applicable’technology selection principles and methods → analysis and selection of key applicable technologies-key applicable technology system construction" as the research path,using the literature Collecting,field research,and analysis of technical indicators and other research methods,analysis,sorting,and finally put forward the key technologies applicable to the construction of Beijing Sponge City,built a suitable technology system for Beijing Sponge City,and provided relevant technical support for the construction of Beijing Sponge City.As this study will use Beijing as a specific target area and follow the principle of adapting to local conditions,it will provide basic support for the Beijing sponge city to provide technical support and carry out relevant research.This will be based on the actual situation in Beijing.First,the principle of "applicability" of technology and the method of defining the "applicability" of technology were discussed.It is proposed that the principle of defining the “applicability” of technology should be based on whether the technology is in line with Beijing’s “ecological city” construction goals,whether it is compatible with Beijing’s location geography,climate environment,geological soil,river systems,and urban positioning.Then,focusing on the central goal of serving the construction of a sponge city in Beijing,and combining documents such as "Technical Guidelines for the Construction of Sponge City" and "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Construction of a Sponge City" by the General Office of the Beijing Municipal People’s Government,we focused on the need for the construction of a sponge city in Beijing.The key technologies that are more extensive and have strong technical applicability include “Applied technologies for the construction of low-impact rainwater systems” and “Applied technologies for the construction of urban stormwater drainage systems and excessive stormwater runoff drainage systems”.In order to make the research more practical,the research focused on specific technologies such as the development of low-impact rainwater systems,focusing on analysis and research.Including:(1)Construction-appropriate technology guided by "percolation" function;(2)Construction-appropriate technology "filtration" technology guided by "adjustment" function;(3)Construction-appropriate technologies focusing on the "purification" function;(4)Construction-appropriate technologies assisted by the "Transfer" function.Finally,the author through the actual case of Beijing Olympic Park in the sponge city construction of key technology implementation and application results,analysis and verification of the relevant analysis conclusions.After a literature search,it can be seen that in the existing theoretical and literature studies on the construction of sponge cities in China,there is no case study on the key applicable technologies for sponge city construction for a specific city.Therefore,the research ideas and research methods of this article can also be applied.Provide reference for similar research in other cities in the country. |
