Guiding car travelers to move to other green modes of travel is one of the main ways to alleviate urban traffic congestion. As a green and low-carbon travel mode, the development of dockless shared bicycles provides a new way of travel for car travelers, which in turn affects the travel structure of car travelers. Therefore,it is important to explore the transfer mode of cars to “dockless shared bicycles+” and analyze the transfer behavior mechanism of car travel modes under the influence of shared bicycles, which is of great significance for improving road traffic capacity and alleviating urban congestion.Based on the analysis of the decision process of transfer behavior, this paper combines the RP+SP questionnaire to investigate the car users in Nanjing. Then, based on the technology acceptance model, the factors affecting the travel mode transfer are analyzed. On this basis, the transfer behavior model is constructed based on the ordered Logit model, and the sensitivity of the significant variables of significant variables at different distances is analyzed.Firstly, the factors affecting the choice of travel mode are expounded. The transfer mode of travel is further regarded as a system problem, and the process of influence factors in decision-making is analyzed. Then, the RP+SP questionnaire was designed from the aspects of subjective perception and objective factors for the factors affecting the shared bicycle travel choice and the transfer decision process.Investigate the car users in the main city of Nanjing to obtain the personal attributes of the traveler and the travel behavior spectrum.Secondly,we conduct statistical analysis of individual attributes, travel characteristics and transfer characteristics based on questionnaire data.Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM),the relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived health value, attitude, and willingness to transfer is analyzed. Then the Amos software is used to solve the model and the goodness of fit and reliability and validity are tested. The results show that attitude and perceived usefulness have a direct positive impact on the willingness to transfer.Perceived ease of use and perceived health value have an indirect positive impact on the willingness to transfer through attitude. Finally,on the basis of subjective perception factors, the model of car travel mode transfer behavior under the influence of shared bicycles is constructed.Sensitivity analysis was performed on the willingness to transfer selected branches from three different distances: short(less than 2km),medium(2-7km)and long(greater than 7 km).The results show that factors such as time cost reduction and riding experience have significant effects at different distances. The education level of the traveler and the reduction of environmental pollution factors in a short distance will have a unique and significant impact on the willingness to transfer. The unique influencing factors in the middle distance are the professional factors of the traveler. And gender and minor factors in the middle and long distance are also important factors affecting the willingness to transfer.
