The sharing economy model in the era of "Internet +" has achieved breakthrough development. In the stage of rapid development of urban transportation, shared bikes,as an emerging transportation tool, provide travelers with a more convenient choice of travel mode. However,it is self-evident that the operation pressure caused by shared bikes as a short-distance travel mode to the ground conventional buses has been self-evident.The excessive release of shared bikes, lack of operation and maintenance, price and other problems have caused a certain degree of impact on the society, travelers and other modes of transportation, especially the impact of conventional buses with similar functions. How to deal with the orderly competition between shared bikes and public transportation,so as to realize the coordinated development of the two? In view of this, this paper combines the relevant theories of ecology and evolutionary game theory, and studies the competition and cooperation relationship between shared bikes and public transportation and the combined transport strategy based on the perspective of interspecies competition evolution.First of all, this paper summarizes the research on the competition and cooperation relationship between public transportation and shared bicycles at home and abroad, and puts forward the theoretical research basis of this paper.Based on the Lotka-Volterra model of interspecific competition, the relationship between transportation mode and biological population is defined, and it is found that there are similarities between the two.Urban transportation system also has ecological characteristics, such as integrity,diversity,self-organization,complexity and openness, and also has the same features in function, characteristics and basic structure. The traditional Lotka-Volterra model was combined with the gray model to make the model more traffic-oriented and give the model parameters traffic significance. The unknown parameters were estimated by direct modeling method.Secondly, based on the grey Lotka-Volterra model, the process and results of the interaction between public transportation and shared bikes were analyzed. The total monthly passenger flow and user orders of public transportation and shared bikes in Shenzhen in 2021 were taken as the data basis to analyze the competition and cooperation relationship between them.MATLAB software was used to conduct the numerical simulation analysis of competition and cooperation for the model. The results show that the change of the value of the competition and cooperation coefficient will change the dominant position of the relevant subjects. It is concluded that the competition and cooperation balance stability results of public transport and shared bikes are closely related to the competition and cooperation coefficient. Finally,in order to study the cooperation strategy between public transportation and bike-sharing,this paper takes public transportation,bike-sharing and travelers as the main body, considers cost input, operating income, travel mode selection and other factors, and establishes a three-party evolutionary game to promote the cooperation strategy of public transportation bike-sharing,and analyzes the stability strategy and initial cooperation intention of the three-party evolutionary game.MATLAB software was used to conduct numerical simulation analysis of different situations, and based on this, the important factors affecting the cooperative transportation of public buses and shared bikes were obtained. The results show that the competition and cooperation between public transportation and shared bicycles coexist, and the performance is different under different environment and competition and cooperation intensity. In this paper, the intrinsic growth rate, existing environmental capacity saturation index and competition and cooperation coefficient of public transportation shared bicycles are calculated by grey Lotka-Volterra model.According to the calculation results,it is found that shared bicycles and public transportation promote and inhibit each other. When the competition and cooperation coefficient is less than 1.4 and greater than 0.7,or greater than 1.4 and less than 0.7,the competition between the two is intense. When the competition and cooperation coefficients are both less than 1.4 and 0.7,the competition intensity between the two is small and evolves to the equilibrium state.Based on the co-evolution simulation analysis,it is found that the co-operative behavior is effective in the current environment.Under the co-operative relationship, the co-operative co-operative transportation strategy of public transport and bike-sharing is affected by the intensity of government subsidies, additional income, operating cost and traveler travel cost. The balance of influencing factors is the key to promote the formation of the stable strategy. The study of this paper further enriched the research methods of public transport competition and cooperation relationship, and promoted the sustainable development of urban public transport system while continuously optimizing and upgrading, harmonious coexistence.
