With the global environmental deterioration and energy shortage becoming increasingly prominent,low-carbon and efficient development model had gradually become a hot issue of sustainable development research in various countries.In order to reduce the energy consumption of machines9 no-load operation period,this paper proposed an energy-saving strategy of adaptive fuzzy control method based on machines intelligent start-up and stop,which took full advantage of the function of buffer area between machines without affecting the production line.Firstly,this paper analyzed the basic attribute parameters of machine and buffer in discrete manufacturing line,and then introduced the construction methods of machine operation state model,reliability model and energy consumption model,particularly analyzed causes of standby operation of Machines,which provided theoretical basis for building energy-saving model of production line.This paper applied the fuzzy control theory to the energy-saving control system,in dealing with the difficult problem of obtaining the machine running state and energy consumption state mathematical model in production line.Taking the serial production line as an example,this paper configured an adaptive fuzzy energy-saving controller on the machines,which taking the storage of the upper and lower buffers of the machine as input,the energy-saving time as output,and the deviation between the actual downtime and the ideal downtime as system feedback,then built a production line model on Simio simulation software in order to verify the effect of energy-saving controller under the situations of single-machine controlled and multi-machine controlled.The results showed that the controlled machine's no-load operation consumption of the single machine energy-saving control production line was reduced by 31.82%,while the total no-load operation energy consumption of the multi-machine energy-saving control production line was reduced by 22.84%.The energy-saving ability was excellent.And then,due to the defects of the classical fuzzy controller,genetic algorithm was introduced in this paper,which taking the maximum downtime energy-saving time as the objective function to optimize the membership function of adaptive fuzzy controller so as to further improve the ability of machine energy-saving control method.Taking the serial production line as an example,this paper configured an improved adaptive fuzzy energy-saving controller on the machines,and built a simulation model to verify the effect of improved adaptive fuzzy energy-saving controller.The results showed that the improved adaptive fuzzy energy-saving controller had better energy-saving effect than the adaptive fuzzy energy-saving controller.On the single machine energy-saving controlled production line,the no-load operation energy consumption of the controlled machine was reduced to 38.27%,and the total no-load operation energy consumption of the machines in multi-machine energy-saving controlled production line was reduced by 24.95%.The energy-saving ability was remarkable.Finally,this paper put forward an idea of building a prototype system of energy-saving management platform,introduced the framework structure and operation process,and then listed the requirements of hardware and sofi-ware to support the platform.Based on the monitoring point information interface and the equipment's energy consumption functional module interface,this paper explained the method of starting adaptive fuzzy energy-saving controller.
