With the steady improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and the rapid development of urbanization, construction industry is one of the important pillar industries in the development of urbanization. However, traditional architecture has been unable to adapt to the new development requirements due to resource conservation, environmental protection and other problems. Many advantages of prefabricated buildings conform to the concept of sustainable development and will become the mainstream direction of future architectural development. However,it is not highly accepted in the actual promotion, mainly because of the high project cost, immature technology, imperfect standards and other reasons, and the high logistics cost of prefabricated components is one of the important factors affecting the total cost. Therefore, the logistics management thought is applied to the distribution process of assembly prefabricated components.Through the study of distribution cost optimization problem of assembly prefabricated components,a scientific and reasonable distribution scheduling scheme is obtained, which has certain theoretical significance and practical value for the development of prefabricated buildings. This paper first studies the traditional logistics distribution, and on the basis of in-depth analysis of logistics distribution theory and vehicle scheduling problems, combined with the characteristics of prefabricated components such as self-heavy,easy to damage, high distribution frequency, short distribution cycle, summarizes the prefabricated components with a time window logistics distribution process, form and characteristics.Based on the distribution process of prefabricated components,a cost optimization model suitable for the distribution of prefabricated components is established in a one-to-many distribution system, considering the demanders' requirements on the number and time of components and the limited number of vehicles of the distribution party. The cost structure in the model includes transportation cost, waiting for loading cost, waiting for unloading cost and economic penalty cost of late delivery. Then the basic principles of the Wolf pack algorithm(WPA)are used to improve the search strategy and siege strategy, and the performance of the improved algorithm is tested. The oretical analysis shows that the accuracy and efficiency of the improved algorithm are improved obviously. Finally, the Wolf pack algorithm(WPA)and improved Wolf pack algorithm(CWPA)are used to solve the model, and the results are compared. The comparison results show that the total distribution cost obtained by the two algorithms is lower than the actual total distribution cost. The optimal cost and solution time of the improved Wolf pack algorithm are obviously smaller than those of the Wolf pack algorithm, which indicates that the improved Wolf pack algorithm has more advantages in solving the problem and verifies the scientificity and feasibility of the model.By solving the results, the order of vehicles sent to each site when the distribution cost is optimal and the schedule of vehicle delivery can be obtained, thus making the vehicle scheduling more optimized.Scientific distribution arrangement can effectively reduce the cost of distribution,so as to reduce the logistics cost of enterprises, improve the management level and competitiveness of enterprises.
