In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the promotion and guidance of building industrialization in China.At the same time,the views of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization clearly pointed out the importance of improving the quality of dwellings.At present,the construction quality and thermal comfort of Guanzhong dwellings,especially rural self-built dwellings,are generally poor.Assembled building has the advantages of stable component quality,fast construction speed and ecological environment protection.It has important reference value for improving dwellings quality,improving dwellings quality and comfort,and realizing sustainable development in rural areas to construct dwellings with assembly technology.On the basis of defining the related concepts of building modular design,this paper makes a detailed analysis of a new type of assembled composite wall structure system,PCW(Precast Composite Wall),including structural characteristics,standardized peripheral components,thermal performance and so on.Based on Guanzhong dwellings,this paper summarizes the architectural characteristics,functional space module classification and size of Guanzhong dwellings through investigation.In view of the current situation of Guanzhong dwellings,the renewal design strategy is put forward.Aiming at less templates and energy saving,the principles and methods of modular design of energy-saving dwellings in Guanzhong based on PCW structure are put forward,and the concrete steps and schemes of modular design are further studied and given from the aspects of plane and elevation design.In graphic design,combined with the structural characteristics of PCW,the design strategies of general modular space,combined modular space and serialized modular space are put forward,which can not only ensure that the scheme has fewer templates,but also realize diversification.The combination mode of modular space is explored,and the plane scheme meeting the building function is formed by modular combination.The energy-saving design BECS software is used to calculate the energy-saving of the envelope structure of the planar scheme,and the envelope structure conforming to the energy-saving design standard is obtained.Based on the relevant research results of "the influence of the change of window-wall area ratio on energy consumption of residential buildings in Xi'an area",the simulation analysis is carried out by using Ecotect and Vent software of building ventilation,the research results show the energy-saving door and window opening dimensions for different module spaces which meet the lighting and ventilation standards.The energy consumption of buildings is calculated by BECS software,and compared with the energy consumption of residential buildings with the same scheme but with the experience size of conventional doors and windows,to verify the above conclusions.In the elevation design,the building shape,doors and windows,portals,standardized elevation products and colors are analyzed.The combination of colours and the mechanism of material quality make the architectural scheme rich in regional characteristics.Based on PCW structure and passive design principle,this paper studies the modular design of Guanzhong dwellings,aiming at guiding the local construction of more efficient,energy-saving and comfortable dwellings.The modular design process can save template and design workload on the one hand,and save energy on the other hand.It can provide new ideas for the follow-up construction of PCW dwellings.
