In terms of earthquake risk,people are more intuitively worried about the safety of high-rise buildings,and high-rise buildings are densely populated places,and there is no actual earthquake test in history.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to discuss the seismic safety of high-rise buildings.On June 17,2019,a 6.0-magnitude earthquake occurred in Changning,Sichuan Province.There are a number of newly built high-rise buildings in Gongxian County where the PGA reaches 0.6g.In this paper,a 31 story typical building is taken as the research object.Through aftershock observation,pulsation test and finite element analysis,the seismic response law of the high-rise building is deeply discussed and its ultimate seismic capacity is evaluated.The main results are as follows:1.After the earthquake,a comprehensive earthquake damage survey was carried out rapidly,which not only described the damage situation of the target high-rise building in detail,but also compared it with the earthquake damage degree of the epicenter and other surrounding buildings under the background of the whole earthquake disaster area.2.In order to evaluate the damage degree of the main structure and provide the reference for the subsequent finite element analysis,the modal parameters including the longitudinal,transverse and torsional of the structure are obtained through the systematic pulsation test of the target building.3.The seismic response monitoring array is set up on the structure,and the strong seismograph is set up in the nearby site,basement,middle floor and top floor.After 10 months of continuous observation,nearly 100 strong or weak seismic event records are obtained,three of which are stronger than the building fortification intensity.4.The seismic response monitoring array is set up on the structure,and the strong seismograph is set up in the nearby site,basement,middle floor and top floor.After 10 months of continuous observation,nearly 100 strong or weak seismic event records are obtained,three of which are stronger than the building fortification intensity.The obtained structural response records are analyzed in depth,and some meaningful results are obtained.For example,if the structural response is transformed into displacement representation,the first-order array is dominant;when the structure is subjected to seismic input equivalent to the fortification intensity or greater,the interlayer displacement angle is very small,1-2 orders of magnitude smaller than the corresponding upper limit of checking calculation in the code;the structural displacement response amplitude is linear with the input PGA;the trend of numerical simulation calculation based on ETABS is consistent with the measured results.The above results expand the cognition of the engineering circle on the seismic response of high-rise buildings,and the measured inter story displacement can be considered in the revision of the code.
