Study On Landscape Regeneration Of Industrial Ruins

Since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution,the development of cities has been relying on the process of industrialization and the survival of the fittest.Industrial production that cannot keep up with the pace of urban development is bound to be eliminated.The industrial sites it left behind have become the best witnesses of the urban development and changes,the carriers of industrial civilization and the material entity to record the historical memory of the city.The original way of demolition and construction of industrial sites will inevitably lead to the loss of urban resources and culture,and the excavation and utilization of its potential value and the rational regeneration of landscape are highly appreciated.Nowadays,The progress of science and technology is driving more and more industrial factories to develop towards digital and intelligent mode.At the same time,more and more factories are declining because of the backward production mode.The new industrial factories may be the industrial relics of the future.How to promote the sustainable development of China's industrial sites by using the design method of landscape regeneration under the premise of adapting to China's national conditions,combining with regional cultural characteristics,has become the focus topic of widespread attention.Firstly,this paper analyzes the related theories on landscape regeneration of industrial sites at home and abroad in order to understand its current situation of research,and then defines and explores the concept and research scope of the landscape regeneration of urban industrial sites.At the same time,the current landscape regeneration mode of industrial sites and excellent cases at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed so as to have a deeper understanding of the relevant practice of landscape regeneration of domestic and foreign industrial sites,and to lay a foundation for the research of the paper from both theoretical and practical aspects.Secondly,this paper analyzes from the perspective of urban development to the necessity of industrial site landscape regeneration.The basic conditionsfor landscape regeneration of industrial sites are analyzed,And under the premise of respecting China's national conditions and sustainable development concept,from the six aspects of harmonious integration of landscape space,fuzzy symbiosis of old and new elements,sustainable leading regeneration,in-depth exploration of industrial culture and the application of design aesthetics,this paper explores the design methods of regeneration of industrial sites suitable for China's national conditions.On this basis,the landscape regeneration of Pingyao film palace industrial site was studied.Through the analyze of the geographical advantage of Pingyao movie palace,development course and Pingyao ancient city based on the various aspects of landscape regeneration conditions,combined with its regional culture characteristics and industrial sites in the proposed theory and method of landscape regeneration,a detailed study of landscape regeneration of Pingyao movie palace industrial sites,tries to explore the landscape regeneration,so that to make the perfect combination of theory and practice.Finally,the enlightenment and future possibility of landscape regeneration of industrial sites are summarized and analyzed.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the research of landscape regeneration of industrial sites.
