Hot-mix asphalt mixture is an artificial material and process.Specially,itis heated and mixed by special equipment.Next,it is transported to building site by insulated transportation.Then,it is paved and compacted under thermal state.These have many advantages,such as high stability,crack resistance in low temperature,durability and anti-slip performance.But the complete process also brings some limitations.For example,the production and processing are strict,and the cost is also high.At same time,hot asphalt mixture has strict requirements on the temperature and environment.These bring a series of technical problems.We study the equipmentwith cold mixture and cold pavement to compensate unfavorable factors of the thermal material mixing and construction.In the paper,we propose overall design scheme based on overall parameters of equipment with cold mixture and cold pavement.And the overall structure is also designed.According to the force in operation,the calculation formula of the traction force and the distribution of the mechanical efficiency,we determine the traction force and the power of each subsystem of the equipment.Then,we determine the power of the paved system by calculating the running power and the vibration power.Next,according to the characteristics of the system,we determine the drive system which is the core of the hydraulic control.Then,by the analysis of the hydraulic project and the calculation of the power,we select appropriate hydraulic pump and motor.Finally,we determine the total power as 105.13 KW and select the WP6G175E311 diesel engine as the engine of the system.Next,by the analysis of the mixing system,we determine the productivity of equipment is 150t/h.And by calculating the theoretical capacity and size of the hopper,we select the staggered phase of the double axis and determine the installation angle of the mixing blade as?=45°.Then,we analyse the axial load of the stirring system and calculate its strength and stiffness,which satisfies the maximum production index and the structural design of the whole system.Through analyzing the requirement of the operation of the distributor system,we calculate the structure,shape and thickness of the mixing tank and establish relevant indicators.Based on the three kinds of spreading theories at the present stage,we design the spray nozzle,spray pipe and determine the maximum spraying width as 4m,24 nozzles.The distance between the nozzle and the nozzle is 0.125 m,which is able to meet the requirements of the continuous operation of the system.In this paper,we employ the PLC program to control the running process.And we also employ the principle of the distribution control of the main program and the subroutine.According to the working characteristics of the mixing system and the spraying system,we use the PLC to control the system.According to the controlled scheme,we compile the PLC ladder diagram and design the controlled interface.These realize the continuous and integrated operation of equipment with cold mixture and cold pavement.
