Development Of SLPR4000 Multi-functional Cold Regeneration Mixing Equipment

Asphalt pavement regeneration technology has a high penetration rate in developed countries of Europe and the United States.China began to use asphalt mixture for road construction in the 1980 s,but it can only be used for light traffic surface,pavement cushion and non-motorized lanes.The large-scale construction of high-grade highway in the later period makes asphalt pavement regeneration technology relegated to the secondary position,and stand still.Until recently,the high-grade highways of China have entered the stage of overhaul and upgrading,the problem of recycle waste pavement materials has been taken seriously again,start to research related technology,research and development product and then promote and popularize it.This thesis for the technology of plant cold regeneration in asphalt pavement regeneration,combined with the domestic development in recent years,analyze the optimization design and construction craft of multifunctional cold regeneration mixing.The main research results are as follows:First,On the basis of the research of the original cold regeneration mixing equipment,design is given priority to with cold regeneration of mixing of multi-functional cold regeneration of mixing equipment.The main modules of the equipment are introduced in detail,and points out the advantages of the equipment in the grading distribution of feeding,two-step feeding three-stage mixing.Second,Calculate and design the main design parameters of SLPR4000 multi-functional cold regenerative stirring equipment in the stirring system,grading distribution feeding system,a certain water supply system,the site layout of the whole machine and the control system.ensure the feasibility and reliability of the equipment.Third,Detect the construction of SLPR4000 multi-functional cold regeneration mixing equipment on the actual road surface.Tests were carried out in different areas,on different roads and with different proportions.The results show that the indexes of the finished mixture meet the design requirements after spreading,compacting and keeping healthy,and the regeneration effect is good...
