At present,urban traffic construction is very rapid,but the problems that follow are gradually increasing,such as road congestion,untimely handling of accidents and so on.In order to solve these problems properly,this paper develops and designs the urban intelligent traffic management system,promotes the effective cooperation among people,vehicles and roads,and improves the intelligent,scientific and efficient degree of traffic management.In the process of designing the urban intelligent traffic management system,the design criteria of general software engineering are complied with.Firstly,a comprehensive demand analysis of the system is carried out,and the follow-up development and construction objectives of the system are determined,which lays a solid foundation for the design and implementation of the system.On the basis of requirement analysis,each functional module of the system is designed,and the sequence diagram information is drawn by using relevant visualization tools.In addition,aiming at the core problem that the system needs to solve-Road congestion,the key research is carried out.The function of traffic control and traffic monitoring in the system is deeply analyzed,and the real-time flow detection algorithm based on embedded traffic flow is combined to detect the real-time flow of the road.Through information push,the congested road can be avoided and the road pressure can be effectively alleviated.According to the requirement analysis and design process,the functional modules of the system are realized.The flow chart and interface diagram are combined to show the interface information and operation process of the functional modules.After completing the whole development and design process of the system,the system has been tested comprehensively,including the function test and performance test of the system.The final test results show that the system has good reliability and availability through the test.The design and implementation of urban intelligent traffic management system provides a feasible way for the scientific and efficient management of urban traffic in our country.It can organically integrate road,vehicle and people,and use intelligent methods to complete data transmission and resource allocation,thus reducing road congestion pressure and improving travel efficiency.
