Research On Reseller Management Of Tooling Industry In EOS

In the last five years of development,metal 3D printing technology has moved from the original concept to practical applications.Enterprises of 3D printing equipment often focus on R & D and breakthroughs in technology and applications,and the development of the market is generally left to resellers.From the 3D printing equipment manufacturer to the end user is done through the reseller,the role of the reseller is very important,and the management of the reseller is also a problem that the original factory must face.This article takes the reseller management of the EOS company in the tooling industry as an example.Through market research,it uses quantitative analysis,case analysis,PEST,SWOT and other research methods,combined with data and charts to conduct a comprehensive analysis of reseller management and found that the distribution structure of the resellers does not match the development and distribution of the tooling industry,the reseller authorization is not binding,there is no regular incentive and evaluation system,the reseller is poorly managed,the lack of related training and education,and the lack of EOS resource investment and other issues.From a practical point of view,an improvement plan was proposed.From the original factory to the reseller,and then from the reseller to the end customer,this process,the reseller acts as a key bridge,in order to achieve the vision of three parties' satisfaction.This article aims at how to achieve a more scientific reseller management,the source depends on the original reseller management system.The case in this article is to establish and improve the management system of resellers,including the design and selection of resellers,reseller declaration system,reseller training system,reseller conflict management mechanism,reseller incentive and evaluation system,etc.
