With the progress of science and technology,China's economy has undergone tremendous changes.The construction industry has made great contributions to the development of China's national economy,and continues to increase its contribution to economic growth.However,in recent years,the development of China's construction industry is not satisfactory.It has gradually entered a downturn,with increasingly fierce competition in the industry.Construction enterprises are facing a series of problems in the operation process.At this stage,how to solve the crisis and seek development has become an urgent demand of construction enterprises.In this paper,SJW construction enterprise,one of the top 100 construction enterprises in China,is selected as the research object to study the change of its business performance.Through the comprehensive evaluation of SJW construction enterprise's operating performance,it is helpful to grasp the current operating situation of the construction enterprise as a whole,hoping to explore more appropriate methods to dredge the development obstacles,make the construction enterprise develop healthily and fast,and continue to contribute to the economic development of our country.Firstly,the paper reviews the research status of the operation performance of construction enterprises at home and abroad;according to the actual situation of SJW construction enterprises and the basic theory of the operation performance evaluation of construction enterprises,it deeply explores the operation performance evaluation theory and index system of construction enterprises;referring to the research results of relevant literature,it establishes a set of evaluation index system applicable to the operation performance of construction enterprises,and uses AHP Analytic hierarchy process and FCE fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,firstly,the weight of each index of SJW construction enterprise operation performance evaluation index system is defined,and the specific score of SJW company's operation performance in five dimensions of economic benefit,operation benefit,development benefit,debt paying benefit and environmental benefit is obtained by using fuzzy matrix,and it is found that SJW construction enterprise's operation performance results show the general level.According to the specific results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the business performance level of the enterprise from the perspective of strengthening project management,promoting construction industrialization,and carrying out professional development,in order to further provide reference for the development of China's construction industry and other construction enterprises in the industry on the basis of promoting the development of SJW construction enterprises Draw lessons from.try on the basis of promoting the development of SJW construction enterprises.
