Research On Financing Mode Of Expressway Industry

After the promulgation of the policy of "loan for road construction and charging for loan repayment",the expressway industry has developed rapidly with both quantity and quality,achieving rapid development.Since 2017,high-speed rail has been developing rapidly.Because of its advantages of convenience,speed and comfort,it has become the first choice for people to travel.This has brought a huge impact on the expressway industry.The imbalance between expenditure and income has seriously hindered the construction of expressway.According to the plan of the Ministry of transport of China,there are still a lot of expressways waiting to be built in China during the 14 th Five Year Plan period and even in the future.According to the estimation,it can reach 26000 kilometers in 2030,so the financing demand of the expressway industry will be steadily increased in the future.However,under the influence of SASAC's assessment of the asset liability ratio of the employer or the investor of the expressway,the traditional financing mode relying solely on bank loans has been unsustainable.Therefore,in order to effectively solve the above problems and meet the needs of Expressway funds,no matter the employer,the constructor,or the banks,securities companies and other financial institutions are all committed to finding a more convenient new financing mode.Through finding problems(research purpose and significance),analyzing problems(related theories,analysis of financing characteristics,analysis of financing mode),solving problems(innovative thinking of financing mode),this paper forms its own conclusion: the "five transformation" financing mode of expressway industry is very strong for widening financing channels of expressway projects and realizing "double drop" of state-owned enterprises in the future Guiding significance.
