Research On The Innovation Of Financing Mode Of Henan Provincial Toll Loan Repayment Expressway Management Center

In recent years,with the deterioration of the global economy environment,the economy of China is facing some extent of challenge,and the development of China's economy has shown the characteristics of "new normal".In infrastructure investment,especially the expressway construction enterprises which heavily rely on government investment have been seriously affected,and their financing mode is facing great challenges,which may make it difficult for them to develop sustainably.Meanwhile,with the continuous development of China's financial system reform and the issue of new financing methods and ideas,companies' day-to-day financing is restricted.Therefore,how to use new financing methods to solve the current financing problems for expressway construction enterprises has become the main focus of this paper.The author of this paper is an employee of Henan toll and loan expressway management center and in charge of investment and financing.Taking the company which the author works for as study object,combined the study of domestic and foreign scholar and based on the reality,the author will analyze how to innovate the ways to finance.First,this paper will elaborate related theories of highway financing including.Then this paper will analyze the current situation of the study object and point out the problems and reasons of current situation.At the last part of this paper,the author will give the solutions of current problems.To be more specific,related companies shall call on more government support,apply special fund.At diversified financing level,related companies should actively apply fund from foreign banks,stock market,use PPP model and promote asset securitization.
