With the continuous development of the market size of the construction industry,the fact that the industry has low-end excess capacity has been reflected.We must pay attention to the role of technological innovation in the problem of excess capacity,and solve the problem of excess capacity through innovation-driven development strategies.The thesis mainly studies the efficiency of construction industry technology innovation to resolve overcapacity based on data from 29 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions of China in 2009-2017,explores the positive role of construction technology innovation in solving overcapacity in construction industry,and proposes elimination from the perspective of technological innovation Backward production capacity,to some extent,the proposal to solve the excess capacity of China's construction industry.The thesis first defines the connotation of the technological innovation and overcapacity in the construction industry,and selects and demonstrates the efficiency evaluation methods for the technological innovation in the construction industry to resolve the overcapacity.Then,the comber carried out theoretical research and discrimination of overcapacity and summarized it.From a theoretical perspective,the causes and effects of overcapacity in the construction industry were studied and analyzed.Then,it studies the correlation between the current technological innovation and excess capacity in the construction industry,and analyzes the direct and indirect correlation between technological innovation and excess capacity in the construction industry to analyze the technological innovation to resolve the situation of excess capacity and provide technological innovation for the construction industry.The study of the efficiency measures to resolve the excess capacity provides the conditions.Then,based on the three-stage DEA method's demand for indicators,representative technology innovation indicators were set as input variables,overcapacity measurement indicators were used as output variables,and environmental variable indicators were set.Next,in the empirical analysis stage,the constructed indicator system is brought into the selected three-stage DEA analysis model.The three-stage DEA method is used to measure and analyze the efficiency of the construction industry's technological innovation to resolve excess capacity,and to seek technological innovation to resolve China The effect of excess capacity in the construction industry.Through research,it is found that the main reason for the low overall efficiency of China's construction industry after the adjustment of technological innovation to resolve overcapacity is scale inefficiency,which indicates that the cause of overcapacity in China's construction industry is mainly due to the blind investment of capital into lower capacity facilities.The excess value of low-end capacity caused by the model;The efficiency value measured by the model established in this paper shows a downward trend year by year,which fully shows that the relevant indicators of excess capacity in the construction industry in China show a year-byyear optimization trend,indicating that under the role of technological innovation in the construction industry The overcapacity situation in the construction industry has been resolved to a certain extent and maintained a good trend.The paper closely combines the connotation and characteristics of construction technology innovation and the development situation of overcapacity in the construction industry,analyzes the correlation between construction technology innovation and overcapacity in China,and then establishes a specific analytical measurement model to measure the technological innovation in construction industry to resolve the overcapacity problem Efficiency.According to the significant degree of measuring efficiency,it is found that technological innovation in the construction industry can help resolve the overcapacity in the construction industry to a certain extent.After the empirical research,based on the results of the research,put forward relevant suggestions for the construction industry and the external environment from the perspective of technological innovation to promote the development of technological innovation and resolve the excess capacity of the construction industry,including optimizing the investment structure of technological innovation and increasing technology.Investment in innovation and improvement of policy support system.
