| There are diversity,complexity and sociality in the input and use of materials on the construction site of mega projects.Therefore,it is necessary to plan,organize and strengthen coordination management and control in material scheduling.Based on the theory and optimization method of supply chain,the material scheduling problem in the construction site of giant project is studied.Based on the analysis of the material scheduling model under static constraints,combined with the complex situation in material scheduling,a more practical material scheduling model under elastic variable constraints is established,which is one of them.Secondly,with the help of VBA programming technology of computer,on the platform of Microsoft Office 2016,we write the excel OTF(optimize transport freedom,OTF)plug-in to realize the whole process of automatic management from model establishment,solution,arrangement and output of material allocation scheme.It is found that there will always be special circumstances in the actual scheduling process,resulting in the actual information data,which always fails to meet the requirements of the mathematical standard model(material scheduling model under static constraints)to pursue the lowest deployment cost.At the same time,the research also found that in the actual material scheduling process,the material scheduling solution process can be successfully completed after reasonably increasing the virtual(hypothetical)warehouse and virtual(hypothetical)site,and reasonably configuring its inventory,demand and unit freight rate.That is to say,using this false theory and method,adding a virtual(hypothetical)warehouse,or adding a virtual(hypothetical)site,etc.can meet the requirements of the actual situation of material scheduling,With the help of computer technology,based on the requirements of bill of quantities pricing,unit quota,construction market,etc.for the material scheduling of the construction site,the paper uses the material scheduling model and algorithm of the supply chain for all the material objects of the supply warehouse and the construction site to realize the fine management of the optimal dynamic docking deployment scheme management. |
